These terms govern your access to and use of Privace.ai, the browser extension, the desktop app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

Privace.ai provides a redaction gateway that detects and reversibly tokenizes sensitive data before it is sent to third-party language models. You are responsible for configuring sector policies appropriately and for the queries your organization submits.

Accounts

You must create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your team’s use complies with your own legal and regulatory obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to circumvent redaction, auditing, or access controls. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the integrity of the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” Redaction substantially reduces exposure of sensitive data but no system is infallible; you remain responsible for validating outputs before relying on them.
